Talent & Academy Manager at Double Eleven, built and launched the in-house Double Eleven Academy to support our people grow outside their technical skills and become confident leaders. He began his career in the banking sector, spending a decade building a strong foundation in leadership as a Bank Manager and Learning Coach at Santander. In 2022, he launched his own learning and development consultancy, working with major clients like Google, BT, and the Department for Education, before moving into the games industry as a Senior L&D Advisor for Double Eleven. Within my current role I focus on full cycle Talent process from acquisition to development.
