Annabel is the CEO/ Founder of Melanin Gamers, a gaming company that promotes inclusion and diversity in the video games industry. She is the International Relations for the Ghana Esports Federation, a Women in Games Ambassador and also an avid public speaker in how education and gaming should work hand in hand. Melanin Gamers was the recipient of Barnet's Big Idea Entrepreneurial prize 2020. Melanin Gamers launched a D&I Consultancy in 2023.
