I am deeply passionate about all things health and wellness, from empowering individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes through my 1:1 coaching to advocating for greater awareness in women’s health.
After a 25+ year career in the games industry, I experienced a personal turning point when perimenopause hit, throwing life off balance. Shocked by the lack of support, empathy, and understanding available, I chose to pivot my career to embark on a journey of learning, growth, and advocacy.
Today, I’m dedicated to championing whole-person wellbeing, mentoring individuals to embrace their most authentic selves and normalising conversations around women’s health.
I run a coaching practice working with several games industry clients, as well as providing workplace menopause/menstruation training as a Henpicked licensed trainer, the leading provider of support and education in women’s health in the workplace.
