Rob Kinder has been in the games industry for 17 years, working for developers such as Jagex and Codemasters, where he held key marketing and publishing roles on classic and modern IP such as RuneScape, Formula 1, DIRT and Operation Flashpoint.
In 2016 he joined Payload Studios as Publishing Director, responsible for the commercial success of the studio, and the performance of its flagship game, TerraTech. 4 years of consecutive revenue growth has seen Payload grow to a team of 40, having recently closed an investment round with Chinese publisher, Tencent.
Rob is also currently serving as a Board Director of Ukie - The Association for UK Interactive Entertainment.
