Piers started his career in Real Estate becoming a Chartered Surveyor and director of a Fortune 500 property company. After securing a place at RADA, he left the world of property to become an actor.
He subsequently set up HH5 Ltd. The business works in gaming, television, and film and specialises in lending against Tax Credits and contracted sales. HH5 specialises in smaller loans and leveraging its status as a new firm, with minimal overhead costs, provides competitively priced loans ranging from £70,000 upwards.
