I am an alumnae of Minsk State Linguistic University, where I majored in Public Relations and earned a Master’s degree in Political Discourse. Seventeen years ago, I began my career in an IT company in Minsk as a Translator and Project Manager. Over time, I advanced to the position of Managing Director of a software development company. Twelve years ago, I transitioned to Human Resources, a move I have never regretted. I have worked with both local and international companies with global capital. For the past five years, I have been part of the Wargaming team.
