Composer / programmer Jakob Schmid started writing computer music on his Commodore Amiga in the late 1980s. His video game career has been focused on audio systems and music composition, from audio programming on Playdead's 'INSIDE', to the adaptive techno soundtrack for Jeppe Carlsen's psychedelic music platformer '140'. He is currently the audio director and co-founder of Geometric Interactive, where he developed the real-time generated music for the critically acclaimed 'COCOON'.
