Ian Goodall is the CEO of Aardvark Swift, the MD of www.gamesjobsdirect.com and also the founder of Grads in Games, an initiative committed to bridging the gap between games education and the industry.
Through Grads in Games, Ian has developed programs like the "Get in the Game" university tour, which provides graduates with employability advice and features speakers from leading studios.
Additionally, he established the "Search for a Star" game development challenges, where graduates create games or game assets based on industry-written briefs, enhancing their portfolios and helping many hundreds of people make the leap from student to professional developer.
