After working part-time as a character designer on Dlala’s title 'Overruled!’, Grant joined the team on a full-time basis as an Artist. However, it soon became apparent that he had a particular talent and passion for design. After a brief stint supporting the design team, he was officially moved across to the design department, and in 2018 he was named as Dlala’s Lead Designer. Since then he has led the design of both Battletoads (2020) and Disney Illusion Island (2023)
