Alix Taylor-Searle is a Producer at Third Kind Games, a world-class co-development games studio that works with some of the biggest names in the industry.
Before joining Third Kind Games, Alix was a Producer on a co-dev project with Rare on Sea of Thieves, delivering the Pirate Emporium. Alix joined the games industry in 2023 after 10+ years working in production on Film & TV with partners such as Channel 4 and BBC. Alix is currently working on an unannounced AAA co-dev project.
Alix has experience in managing AAA stakeholders, client relationships and high-level roadmap planning. She is passionate about building diverse teams to make exceptional products with an authentic and collaborative approach to leadership.
Outside of project work Alix also supports new and emerging developers and studios through mentoring on Limit Break and Creative UK Growth investment programmes. Alix is an advocate for LGBTQIA+ and Women’s roles in the games industry and actively takes part in panels and events to support education in this area.
