I worked at King for seven years, starting between the Candy Crush and Candy Soda launches. I spent the majority of my time there in the Experimentation Group.
Our mission was to understand what our players really wanted by experimenting on games like Bubble Witch 2, Diamond Digger and Pyramid Solitaire. Through this we learnt a lot and created many features that have become industry standards, like Hard Level Labeling and Piggy Bank.
Now I am Co-Founder of The Experimentation Group. We help games studios apply the same techniques to discover what their players really want.
