Indie Showcase 2025 - Submissions Now Open!

25 March 2025

The Develop:Brighton Indie Showcase returns in 2025 to find the industry’s brightest unsigned indie games, with submissions now open.

Developers can submit their entries until 2 May at:
https://www.developconference.com/whats-on/indie-showcase-competition

The Showcase which is free to enter, gives 10 finalists the chance to show their unpublished games to over 5,000 developers, publishers and media at the Expo. Finalists will also receive a free three-day conference pass, pre-event publicity, plus a profile on the event website.

“The entire judging panel understands how hard it is to make original games and are also used to seeing WIP projects. This year the judges will focus on innovation and originality so people who are working on something innovative should send it in,” commented Shaz Yosaf, Head Judge - Co Founder, Mind Feast Games.

The Indie Showcase is FREE to enter and open to:

• Studios with no more than 15 people
• Studios – and games – that are non-publisher funded
• Games which are not published by a third party at the time of submission
• Games that have a development budget of less than £1
• Games that are created in the “indie spirit”

Previous Indie Showcase finalists include:

• Please, Touch the Artwork by Thomas Waterzooi
