Steve Tinkler has spent his career supporting entrepreneurial businesses. He's twice helped grow and exit companies as CFO, more recently for Mediatonic following their private equity investment, guiding them through their meteoric rise after the launch of Fall Guys and ultimate exit to Epic Games. Post-acquisition, Steve was a Strategic Finance director for Epic, helping the M&A team acquire studios. In 2022, Steve founded Lvl Up Partners, providing commercial, legal and tech strategy support to fast growing games studios. Steve's focus is helping studios raise finance and getting investment ready.
