Jo has over 30 years experience of leading publish teams and marketing video games, globally. Running teams at many publishers and developers including Maxis, Frontier Development, Rising Star Games, Bossa, and Curve Games, Jo has released hundreds of games.
She has also held leadership and strategic roles at Philips and Omnicom Media Group and brings wide experience of marketing best practice. She has been a UKIE board member and is a board trustee for the video games industry charity, Jingle Jam.
At Bastion, Jo heads up a team of independent marketing professionals who come with deep experience of marketing, release planning and publishing video games on all platforms and formats, Steam, Epic, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo, and curates a specialist team to best suit each project.
