Things you need to know
Develop:North is all about bringing the UK's game dev community together, so whatever your job role, whatever your company size and whatever your budget we offer something for everyone.
It's a one-day conference and networking event with an opening Keynote and then a choice of four talks at each of the seven time slots throughout the day. After the conference closes at 6pm there will be social mixer at the venue for all conference pass holders.
We'd like to make planning your visit as easy as possible, so check out the essential event info below...
- Micro Indies
We're aware that start-ups and very small studios may not have the same budget for conference passes as bigger studios, but we don't want this to be a barrier for you to attend. So we offer highly reduced rates on conference passes for studios with 4 or less employees. - Students
Games students are the future of our industry and very much welcome at Develop conferences so we also offer a highly reduced rate on passes for anyone in full time further education. - Parent Accessibility
We understand that being a game maker and a parent are not mutually exclusive, so we want to make sure that Develop:North is accessible to parents. Babies and children under school age (4 or under) are welcome to accompany their parents to the event.
- Under 18’s
Develop:North is a business-to-business event and is not generally open to anyone under 18 (except pre-school children aged 4 or under). If you wish to contact the Organisers regarding this, please email [email protected]
